While in debug mode, you might encounter the following output:

Usually this error happens when your login name is different from your SMTP e-mail. In order to figure out your login name, go to the "Account" Tab, and for SMTP e-mail address, go to the "E-mail Addresses" Tab inside Active Directory Users and Computers for your user account.
