ISR Computing operates on a contractor-type model. We leverage a network of resources to provide a suite of services at the project level for immediate and longer-term client support. We strive to build an environment of mutual trust in on-time delivery and client satisfaction on a day-to-day basis. At ISR Computing, each project must exceed client expectations.

 

Knowledge Retention

ISR Computing not only gives you custom-designed IT solutions using the latest technology, but also offers two levels of support. On one level, our service includes customer support provided by our team of certified engineers. On a deeper and more lasting level, ISR Computing can enhance the value of your company by training your employees in the methods and operations of your new IT systems.

Many other IT consulting firms can construct functioning systems, but they don't leave their clients with the knowledge and understanding necessary to use the system to the full extent of its capabilities, or to make modifications to it. ISR Computing is different. All project materials, project surveys, and plans are available to you for an 18-month period. If you want the assurance of having in-house expertise among your own staff, you can elect to add Linux Training to your project. The engineers who designed your system will train your employees on-site to ensure that they are able to understand how your system works, and how to make modifications if necessary.

 

Payment Structure 

ISR Computing uses a compensation method designed to motivate both client and provider to expedite the project and dedicate their full attention to the job.


Upon contracting ISR Computing, the client is given an estimate, then purchases a "block" of service hours. If the client chooses to continue working with ISR Computing beyond the limit of pre-paid hours, additional blocks may be purchased in varying increments. These pre-paid blocks allow our prices to remain highly competitive with other consulting firms' hourly service rates. Our payment structure secures mutual accountability between client and provider, which ensures quality work at a focused pace.
