How to receive free updates for RHEL 5. How to upgrade RHEL5 to CentOS 5.

Install GPG key:

rpm --import http://www.gtlib.gatech.edu/pub/centos/5/os/i386/RPM-GPG-KEY-CentOS-5

Get needed packages:

wget http://www.gtlib.gatech.edu/pub/centos/5/os/i386/CentOS/centos-release-5-0.0.el5.centos.2.i386.rpm

wget http://www.gtlib.gatech.edu/pub/centos/5/os/i386/CentOS/yum-updatesd-3.0.5-1.el5.centos.2.noarch.rpm

wget http://www.gtlib.gatech.edu/pub/centos/5/os/i386/CentOS/yum-3.0.5-1.el5.centos.2.noarch.rpm

Install packages:

rpm -Uvh --force centos-release-5-0.0.el5.centos.2.i386.rpm yum-3.0.5-1.el5.centos.2.noarch.rpm yum-updatesd-3.0.5-1.el5.centos.2.noarch.rpm

Upgrade your system: yum upgrade

Reboot your system and enjoy free updates from CentOS network :)
